Managing a large-scale international conference came with its own set of challenges, from logistics and coordination to maintaining consistent communication across borders. A milestone in regional collaboration

IPCC was a defining project for White Sky — our first event managed entirely from start to finish on an international scale. Partnering with the Ministry of Health (Eastern Health Cluster – KSA), we provide full logistical and creative support to bring their vision to life. From building the event’s online registration platform and managing the on-ground registration desk to coordinating flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and speaker transportation, every detail was handled with precision. Our creative team designed cohesive branding, printed materials, roll-ups, presentations, and premium gift items that reflected the professionalism of the event. Through close collaboration, detailed planning, and consistent communication, we successfully delivered an exceptional conference experience that stood as a testament to teamwork and excellence beyond borders.
